Health Care-Related Legislation

• Small Employer Health Act of 2005
  There is a bill to amend title I of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 to provide for the establishment in the U.S. Department of Labor of a Small Employer Health Benefits Program. To read the bill:

  • In the "Simple Search" section, select "Full Text of Bills and Resolutions," then "Bill Number," then enter "HR 3056" without the quotes into the search box, and then select the 109th Congress.
